New Books Received in February 2013

The Law Library's Selected New Books list for last month includes Justice Sotomayor's autobiography, works on affirmative action, appellate courts, election law, donor-conceived families, intellectual property, cybersecurity, employee representation in enterprises, government use of lethal force, photography and law, slavery, war, and several works in each of the fields constitutional law, human rights, legal history, and philosophy of law. Also posted is a list of Selected Acquisitions in the Gottfredson Library of Criminal Justice, including works on corporal punishment (as a humane alternative to incarceration), domestic violence and mandatory arrest (in New Jersey), drug courts, fraudulent evidence, prison life, and white collar crime.
